We accept the payment through Credit/ Debit Card , Bank transfer,  UPI payment and Paypal.


2.Is cash on delivery mode available?

We are providing Cod option for for between  ₹299-899 order for ₹50 Additional Charge with no  Refund & Return, 

but we provide the best product & service.


3.Courier charges?

Shipping and handling charges calculated  at checkout. 

4.Courier Mod used?

We use  Blue Dart ,India Post , Delhivery, DTDC & Amazon courier service to deliver our products in India 

We use Aramex & DHL  courier to deliver International orders.  


5.Courier details?

Customer will get courier details by email.          


6. Tracking the Courier?

Customer can track the shipment using the tracking details provided.     


7.Cancellation of the Order?

Customer can cancel the order before dispatching the products. To cancel your orders, please mail the order number with a valid reason.

Cancellation charges for International Orders will be  15% (of order amount) or INR 1500 (whichever is higher) and for Domestic Orders

2% of order amount will be charged and balance money will be refunded back to your source account within 6-9 working days.


8.Defect or incorrect Product?

Defect or incorrect product can be returned as per our return policy.   


9.Return single or all  of the product after receiving the Courier?

Orders can be return in case of if the product is damaged or wrong products and it should be notified within 24 Hrs. of receiving the order with valid proof. The product should be returned to our contact details within 2 to 3 working days in a perfect condition as received.     


10.Courier charges for returning the products?

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning product will be paid by the customer. 


11. Refund for the returned products?

The refund will be issued within 4 -5 working days upon receiving the products back at our store.

12.What happen when you are not present or given wrong contact number at the time of delivery?

When our courier partner attempts to deliver  your parcel , via a phone call and SMS .Ensure to take calls for a smooth delivery of your package. In failure a second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, the courier partner will hold your parcel for 3 days to get response or instruction from the recipient before returning to the Thread Shop.

If the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our store. You will be notified via email asking for  either resending the parcel or cancelling the  order . To send the product the shipping cost will have to be paid by the customer and if cancellation is requested we will refund  excluding the shipping cost . 

13. International Shipping available?

YES . Selected  countries only currently available. Check eligibility of the product before adding to Cart

14.Import Duties and Taxes 

Customs or import duties are charged while delivering the parcel at the destination country will be paid by the customer.

Do Check your country import laws before placing the order as we will not able to help to clear any custom rules in your country.
